Whenever subscribers are able to leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. In any case, we discourage the use of avatar images.
We cannot be held responsible for the material visitors post, but every effort is made to eliminate abusive language before it is seen.

Newsletter
If the visitor chooses to sign up for the newsletter, their email address will be submitted to our database at Brevo.com. Brevo.com (formerly SendInBlue) are a french mail delivery service whose only function is to simplify and improve the deliverability of email communications. Data retention and privacy policies for your data (email address) stored at Brevo.com may be inspected here. Unsubscribing from the newsletter will prevent further email from reaching you, but if you’d like your data removed entirely, or for any other enquiry concerning your data, please get in touch on the Contact page.
Who we share your data with
No third-party is allowed access to any data held in the database of this website. Any data that is stored (your subscription details, which is at minimum your login details) is only accessible by the site owner and technical administrator. The email address and / or username and password used to access the subscriber portions of the website may be modified or deleted by yourself (or the admin staff, on request).
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Registered users’ login credentials are also retained for the duration of their association with Quinn Neuropractic. They may be deleted on request at any time. Any qualifying students will be listed on the Therapist’s Register page.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
No data leaves this website unless you are a malicious actor, in which case your IP address may be submitted to a central database whose purpose is to collate activity of this kind.
